I have added my conspiracy theory research now i need to:

Title: The 9/11 Truth Movement/Conspiracy

 

The 9/11 conspiracy is a big controversial topic, with some people believing that the attacks on September 11, 2001, were an inside job, while others go the official news is correct. This research proposal thoughts behind individual’s beliefs in conspiracy theories and news made on 9/11.

 

The 9/11 Truth Movement has gained a significant following over the years, with a lot of people subscribing to the idea that the attacks were made by the US government. This research is essential to a critical analysis of the theory, taking away any inaccuracies while highlighting the correctness of some of the claims. The research will highlight what the recent studies show.

 

Research aims and questions: 

This research aims to investigate the following questions:

What motivates individuals to believe in conspiracy theories such as the 9/11 Truth Movement?
What aspects of the 9/11 Truth Movement do individuals find most believable and why?
What aspects of the 9/11 Truth Movement do individuals find least believable and why?
How can individuals approach the theory objectively by utilizing their answers to questions 2 and 3?

Methods and Schedule:

To answer these research questions it will have the use of both quantitative and qualitative research methods to gather data. The data collection process will be online surveys and interviews with individuals who have subscribed to the 9/11 Truth Movement’s theory.

The online surveys will go through different online platforms. The surveys will have questions related to the research questions like the reason for believing in the theory and what  are most and least believable.

The interviews will be done with a small group of individuals who have subscribed to the 9/11 Truth Movement’s theory. The interviews will be done through online video platforms and participants will be asked open questions about their beliefs in the theory and the parts that are most and least believable. 

The data analysis part will have the descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. The descriptive statistics will be used to analyze the survey data, the thematic analysis will be used to analyze the interview data. 

The research will be done over a period of six months. The data collection process will take three months and the data analysis process will take three months.

 

The research findings will have the factors that the individuals to believe in conspiracy theories. The study will also provide a critical analysis of the theory showing the  parts that are most and least believable. 

 

This research will be done by including both quantitative and qualitative methods. The data collection methods will include online surveys and interviews with individuals who have subscribed to the 9/11 Truth Movement’s theory. The research will be done over in 6 months.

 

 

This research proposal is to show the people that believe in conspiracy theories. The study will show to the research and to individuals belief. The research will also provide a critical analysis of the 9/11 Truth Movement’s claims.
