the sentences but only change the main verb into third person singular.  Keep everything else exactly the same.

The whole passage My neighbor, who is very friendly, have a little mutt called Sparky.  As you may have guessed from the name, Sparky is one of those annoying miniature dogs.  Everyone say that Sparky look like an overgrown dust bunny.  He have a tiny brown mop of fur for a head, and his body, which measure about eight inches in length, look like a furry black and brown boot.

Sparky is a very jumpy, nervous little dog.  I’d swear that he have a cup of cappuccino every morning.  Every time that little mutt catch a glimpse of me, he yap, leap, shiver, shake, and, if possible, bite.  If I walk on the sidewalk in front of the neighbor’s house, Sparky inevitably come racing around the corner at full tilt.  This is such a dumb dog that he sometimes run past me, look momentarily confused, turn in a skid, and charge back at me.  He bark, jump up and he grab my pant leg.  He is more annoying than a flea on a dog’s neck.
