Visual Aid: A Gantt chart depicting how construction supervisors communicated throughout the building process. The Gantt chart depicts the various stages of the construction process, as well as the communication techniques used at each stage. This graphic aid explains to the audience the communication strategies used by construction managers clearly and straightforwardly. It would be nearly impossible with all the layers of project requirements, specifics, and choices that need to be approved by all those significant individuals up the chain of command. Every action necessitates the discussion of a new task, and each task is dependent on a different task, choice, or individual.

You cannot attempt to manage a project on your own. However, even the best tools are useless without clear communication. In other words, you must know how to communicate with your neighbors!
