Remember to review your writing plan to ensure that you are briefly hitting the key points you planned to cover while also stating your claim.
Provide an overview of the issue you have selected by briefly describing the main points and your argument.
Compose a thesis that states the argument that you will attempt to prove and support throughout your essay. This statement will give direction to your essay and should be well thought out.
Body: The body is your opportunity to describe and support your argument in depth. Make certain your thoughts and evidence are clear and organized in a way that is easy for readers to follow and understand.
Ensure that you write multiple focused paragraphs, clearly state their main idea, and move logically from one to the next, building the thesis argument as the essay progresses.
Your body paragraphs should support your argument by purposefully combining ideas with evidence from sources. The key to a persuasive essay is how well it is supported with quality evidence.
Address and refute at least one opposing viewpoint to your argument, which is your chance to discredit a significant opposing view and strengthen your argument in the process.
Conclusion: Think of the conclusion as a review of your argument. Use this section to restate your argument and remind readers of your supporting evidence. This paragraph is your last chance to persuade readers to agree with you.
Briefly summarize the main points of your essay. This section should consist of a brief review of your main ideas.
Draw conclusions based on your evidence.
Use evidence that you have found to wrap up the essay in a meaningful way that makes a connection to your audience.

Employers and employees alike are increasingly choosing to telecommute, commonly known as working remotely. Now that technology has advanced, workers can work from any location with an internet connection. There are many advantages to telecommuting, and it’s time for businesses to accept this shift and provide their staff the freedom to work from anywhere.

Courses in business administration frequently involve issues including management, human resources, and organizational behavior. Understanding the advantages and difficulties of telecommuting will help future business administrators better manage and inspire their staff remotely. Telecommuting is an organizational behavior that is becoming more common in today’s businesses. Budgeting and cost management are other subjects covered in business administration courses. Business administrators should be aware of this as they plan and manage budgets because telecommuting can help firms save money on overhead expenses like office space and electricity.

            Strategic management is another subject addressed in business administration courses. For companies to remain competitive, business administrators must be able to analyze and implement new strategies. Understanding the advantages and disadvantages of telecommuting can help business administrators make better strategic decisions. Telecommuting can be a significant strategy for companies wanting to attract and retain top talent. Additionally, themes like innovation and change management are covered in a lot of business administration courses. Business administrators must be able to comprehend and accommodate the change brought about by telecommuting to remain competitive. When attempting to make the case for telecommuting or remote working with a particular audience, there are several potential obstacles that could appear.

 

            Some audience members can be opposed to the concept of telecommuting or remote working because they see it as a break from conventional working procedures. It could be challenging to overcome this opposition and persuade them of the advantages of telecommuting. Due to a lack of trust and worries about productivity, some employers could be reluctant to enable their staff to work remotely. It could be difficult to show that working from home can boost productivity and that trust and accountability can be upheld.

 

            The technological restrictions of telecommuting, such as the necessity for dependable internet and equipment, may worry some audience members. Addressing these worries and proving that the required technology is easily accessible and reasonably priced may be difficult. The use of telecommuting may be hampered by legal or administrative restrictions in some sectors of the economy or for jobs. Addressing these issues and proving that telecommuting can be done securely may be difficult. It could be difficult to educate and alter the view of some audience members who don’t comprehend telecommuting and the advantages it can provide.

 

The purpose of this essay is to convince the reader of the advantages of telecommuting or remote working and to show how it may be a sensible choice for many companies and workers.
