The goal is for you to send out a memo for a job bid or project proposal in a marketing aspect which you describe a project you wish to undertake in your given field and attempt to persuade your reader to approve it and hire you. It should be simple, 

Introduction – This section lays the groundwork for the project.
Overview – Introduce yourself and the project.
Background – Provide background information on your project based on your research, and explain why you are invested in this project.
Statement of Problem – What existing problem will this solve. Address any previous attempts to solve this problem based on your research as well as the result of those attempts.
Needs – Describe what the need for this project is (i.e. why it needs to be implemented).
Scope – Outline the rest of your proposed plan.
Proposed Plan – This section explains the actual steps of the proposal.
Methods – The subheadings here will vary depending on what you are proposing; so, here is a general scope of the information to include:
State the desired measurable objectives of your project. Note* This must be expressed with some numerical value (i.e. not reduce cost, but reduce cost by 30%).
Describe the step-by-step process that you plan on following all steps from planning, to hiring, to executing, to finalizing the project.eanly formatted, and based on a field you hope to be a part of in real life.
 
Cost and Timetable – For the timetable, you will visually represent the steps discussed in methods. For cost, you will visually represent the cost associated with each phase of the timetable based on your research.
Feasibility – Restate your main goal and explain what the marker for achieving that goal is based on your objectives. Explain what the marker is for failing each goal based on your objectives, and describe what you will do to adjust for success.
Conclusion – Reemphasize the need for the project and directly ask your audience to take action.
