Here is my topic1 reflection with feed back from instructor (Introduction- gives the reader a clear purpose and main idea for the paper. It should consist of a thesis statement. As a future educator, it is essential for me to display professionalism and uphold the codes of ethics, professional standards of practice, and relevant laws and policies. By doing so, I can promote positive, collaborative relationships and a supportive educational environment for students. I understand the importance of treating all students with dignity and respect, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, as highlighted by the Arizona Administrative Code (Title 7. Education, Article 13). I am committed to creating an inclusive and acceptable classroom where all students feel valued and supported.
