Presentation guidelines

1. Think critically and read all ingredients before choosing your original recipe.
2. The recipe should contain enough ingredients to allow you to eat at least 3, and preferably 5 of the 6 categories:
? Whole grains
? Healthy fats
? Sodium content
? Micro/macronutrient density
? Refined sugars
? Vegetarian alternatives

3. When creating your new and updated recipe, think outside the box. You don’t have to just limit yourself to the ingredients in the recipe. You can add more ingredients or change things in as many ways as you like. Don’t limit yourself and be creative.

4. Be sure to use citations for any images or information you take from other sources such as the Internet. You can format your citations in any way you prefer, such as placing the URL of the website you got your image/information from at the bottom of each slide.

Share your new recipe with a brief 50-100 word explanation of some of your modifications or decisions.
