Many trolls or critics may write rude comments on social media platforms. We should not only accept the concepts that are provided to us as netizens. By doing this, we will avoid falling victim to false information or dubious sources of news right away.
By listening critically, we can capture the most important portions of what we hear. As citizens, it is our responsibility to be properly informed about the news we hear and to carefully consider the message before forming opinions and biases. We can get to the heart of a conversation or speech by challenging what we hear. Instead of just listening, we should act upon what we hear and contribute to the transformation process.
