Edgar Recendez

Training Coordinator II

The Austin State Hospital

Austin, Tx 78751

Dear Mrs. Pearson:

I am interested in applying to the Psychiatric Nursing Assistant IV (PNA IV) position at the Austin State Hospital (ASH). I saw it advertised in Indeed.com. I was previously a PNA IV at ASH. Now I work as a Training Coordinator II for ASH. I was encouraged to apply to the PNA IV position by Sarah Bumpass, Hiring and Recruitment Specialist, at ASH.

I have three years of experience working as a PNA IV. I served as Chairperson for the Diversity Committee and was a member of the Employee of the Month Committee during my employment as a PNA. I was a recipient of the PNA of the Year Award in 2017.

I have a renewed interest in the PNA IV position at ASH. I am more than willing to go through the training again if needed. I would like to request an interview, phone call, or email

I can be reached by phone Monday through Friday anytime in the afternoon. My phone number is (. Thank you for your time.

Sincerely
