Proposal:
I propose to investigate in depth the impact telework has had on today’s society. Telework has experienced a significant boom in recent years, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic. This work mode poses several challenges and opportunities that affect workers, companies as a whole, and society as a whole. In this project, I aim to analyze in detail how telework has transformed how we work, live, and relate, and how it has influenced aspects such as productivity, work-life balance, technology, mobility, and sustainability. Teleworking has experienced a significant increase in recent years, driven in large part by the COVID-19 pandemic and changing work dynamics. This transformation in the way we work and interact at work has a profound and multifaceted impact on today’s society.
