Create SMART goals for each of the following:

1 SMART goal to implement culturally responsive teaching practices to best meet the needs of the Hispanic underserved population.
1 SMART goal that involves collaboration with members of the school, members of the broader community, and family members to meet the needs of the Hispanic population and that contributes to positive social change.
This SMART goal should include technology resources that are available for family use within the school and broader community.

Develop action plans for each smart goals. The action plans should be related to each other and should include the following:

Action Steps to be taken
When the action steps will occur
Who is responsible for implementation and data collection
What are the data to be collected
How action step completion will be tracked, and data collected and analyzed
How this plan will be reviewed and modified once information and data has been gathered and analyzed
A description of any resources needed to make the action steps occur (e.g., if resources need to be gathered to incorporate culturally responsive teaching practices, include a list of resources that need to be gathered)
At least one artifact that supports each SMART goal that will be used to support implementation of your proposed plan. (e.g., if your plan for outreach to community members involves drafting a letter, include the letter as an appendix. If you plan to use a particular video from YouTube, include the link to that video clip)
A description of the artifacts in relation to the plan
How the artifact contributes to the progress of meeting your SMART goals
How the effectiveness of the artifact(s) will be determined
